Shipping and Handling
Items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days (depending on location), for an overall domestic order delivery period of 5-8 business days. The option of next day or expedited shipping is available for an additional charge depending on product availability. With next day shipping, items still take 2-3 business days for total delivery. To calculate the shipping and handling costs for your order, simply add the products you wish to buy to your shopping cart. If you have special shipping needs, or have not received your order in a timely manner, please contact us.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to California.
Billing
You will not be charged for your purchase until your order is shipped. For assistance with billing questions please contact us.
Payment
Avani accepts major credit and debit cards. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.), personal checks, money orders, credit cards that do not match the billing name and address, gift certificates, competitor coupons, or layaway. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit quantities.
Fraud
As part of our customer protection policies, we screen all received orders for fraud and other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe is or may be fraudulent or the product of unauthorized or illegal activity. We may reject your order or contact you by phone to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel accounts and refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers and ourselves.
Returns
Avani will accept returns for any order if the product are received by us within 30 days of the date of delivery, in resalable condition, with all packaging, and with a receipt. We will process a full refund to your credit card or issue a credit for any products returned that meet these guidelines, but please allow up to 8 weeks for the credit to show up on your billing statement. We refund original shipping costs only for defective products; shipping and handling fees will be refunded with prior authorization only. Gifts may be refunded directly to the gift recipient in the form of Avani store credit.
Distributors
Avani products are for personal use and are not for sale or resale except by us and our authorized distributors. The no-resale limit applied to all products and samples. If you would like to inquire about becoming an authorized Avani products dealer, please contact us.
